Disability Law Service

The areas of law we advise in are Community Care (including NHS responsibilities, direct payments), welfare benefits, disability discrimination (employment and access to goods and services). Also on our website there are a large number of factsheets about all sorts of legal and practical problems related to disability, which can be downloaded free
