new Worcestershire County local economy survey new

Online survey Online survey

Worcestershire County Council has a new Corporate Plan, Worcestershire Fit for the Future which was adopted by the council in June 2011. Within this plan there are four key areas of focus; Open for Business, Children and Families, The Environment, Health and Wellbeing.

This autumn the council is particularly looking to gather feedback on "Open for Business". As the council works to achieve its aims in this area it is important to understand what residents see as the top priorities to help recovery and growth in the local economy.

We are also asking businesses these questions and will be using other channels to gather views from across all our communities. If you would like to comment in more detail about Open for Business or any other aspect of Worcestershire Fit for the Future why not come along to one of our Have Your Say Roadshows this autumn? Full details can be found on our website (www.worcestershire.gov.uk) or in the local press.

Survey - Changing Faces - Facial Disfigurement Research

Can you help with our survey?

Changing Faces a national charity for facial disfigurement is conducting some research and would appreciate your help. They are conducting an online survey into the experience of people with disfigurements and in particular what has worked, and is working best for them in the health care they have received.

Whilst many people we work with lead happy, successful lives, others tell us that their appearance has a negative impact on their lives.

By sharing your experience with us in answering this questionnaire you will help to ensure that the support we offer our clients is as effective as it can be.

The intention is to move away from options to pay by cheque or cash where possible and encourage customers to use Direct Debit or use debit or credit cards to make Online or Assisted Telephone Payments.

We would appreciate your thoughts about these proposed changes by inviting you to complete the following questions. Thank you in advance for your time
