Background: Zana started working with WASU in 2005, with years of previous experience as an Employment Services Manager for a deaf voluntary organisation in Birmingham. Since starting with WASU there have been many changes made to the structure of the organisation, including gaining Charity status in October 2006.

WASU Development Assistant: Scott Barnes
Background: Former soldier Sept 2007 - June 2009, he has gained valuable skills and life experience whilst serving in the British Army. Scott has now retired from service to support his family and upbringing of his daughter. Scott hopes to help move WASU onwards.
